Being Right Or Being Happy That Is The QuestionThis question is so important in our lives whether it's better in Being Right or Being Happy when it comes to our relationships and business.

Today's post is all about how you want to live your life.

I run into people every day that are fighting their way through life because they always have to be RIGHT!

Being Right Or Being Happy That Is The Question

I love the quote from the movie “American President” where Martin Sheen is telling Michael Douglas in the pool room about fighting the right fights.

Oh, you only fight the fights you can win? You fight the fights that need fighting! – A. J. MacInerney

The reason I love this quote is that there are some fights we do need to fight and do need to be right.

That said, it's typically not the majority of arguments that we get into in life.

Most of us have these arguments because the most important thing is we need to be right above all else.

Someone a long time ago watching me having an argument with another person asks me, Ron, what's more, important being right or being happy?

It hit me so hard that it's stuck with me to this day in my 60's.

Being Right Or Being Happy – Where are you

The next time you get into an argument about who's right or wrong ask yourself this question.

As I get older the more I realize that being right all of the time is just not what it's cracked up to be.

The more personal development I do the better I get at being Happy instead confrontational.

In Conclusion, the moral of the story is whenever possible choose being happy over being right.

Remember though there is a time when you do need to fight and don't be afraid to do so.
