Having a great lead magnet that will attract people in your market, that will address their pain points with solutions.

Yes, you need to be branding YOU!
Secondly, you need to offer something of value to your market.

Whether you are working on Social Media, Video Marketing, Email, or Blogging, the process is the same.
I prefer blogging and believe everyone should have a blog as the home base.
That said I still do prospecting the old fashion way just not as much these days.
