How To Do An Effective Three Way Conference CallSome people will tell you that knowing how to do an effective Three Way Conference Call is like having a Magic Close System.

Having someone in the role of leadership that knows how to do a good 3-way call is critical.

The last thing you want to end up becoming is the shell answer man.

This will cause your prospect to think they have to become the same thing.

I will say that I'm not a huge fan of 3-way calls, but if you are going to do them you need to do them correctly.

How To Do An Effective Three Way Conference Call

Another great reason to use 3-way calls is for the third party validation.

Adds to your credibility, the team's credibility, and the company credibility.

This assumes you have a leader that is seasoned and good at doing Effective 3-way calls!

And lastly, the newest person can get their very first sign up later in the day if the leader is a closer.

How To Do An Effective Three Way Conference Call – The Formula

The first thing you need to do is provide your leader with some information about your prospect.

  •   How do you know them
  •   What do they do
  •   What are they looking for
  •   Who this person is
  •   What do they like best
  •   Give them as much ammo as possible.

You need to give the leader as much background information as you can prior to the call.

Once you have done the proper intros at the beginning of the call and turn it over to the leader, close your mouth.

You need to let the leader do their job without you jumping in everytime you have a thought.

At the beginning of the call introduce the leader and edify, edify, edify them.

Don't introduce the prospect with more position than the leader.

How To Do An Effective Three Way Conference Call – The Edification

Leah Rae Getts gave me a great formula for edifying your leader.

Use the personality colors when you edify that person.

  •   Red – A type around money
  •   Green – Analytical
  •   Blue – Having Fun
  •   Yellow – Wants to help others.

So, it might go something like this;

John is a 7-figure earner and developed a huge team in just a short period of time (RED), He is also a master when it comes to internet marketing and building online (Green), John has an amazing heart for service, training and helping his team succeed (Yellow) and he's just an all around fun guy to be around and hang with (Blue)!

The upline leader then needs to edify you in front of the prospect.

How To Do An Effective Three Way Conference Call – The Meat

This is when the leader should answer the prospect's questions and control the conversation.

At the end of the call, the upline leader should be skilled on closing the prospect or at least close the call knowing where to go next.

How To Do An Effective Three Way Conference Call – Summary

The success of your 3-way calls is going to be dependent on your ability to start the call properly, be Quiet during the call and having a leader that's skilled in closing!

So, don't shy away from 3-way calls just strive to make them the best you can with the best leader you can.

Your purpose here is to find out what your prospect is looking for.

Your objective is to show them how they can get more of what they are looking for in their life!

John replies: Money

Question Two:

How much money do you need and what do you need more money for?

John replies $3,000 a month.

Answer: John I want you to know what it is I'm about to share with you as a company we have been able to help a lot of people make $3,000 a month and a lot more!

Question Three:

John over the next 20 minutes I'm getting ready to show you a vision about a product and an opportunity that with hard work and following our system you can make an extra $3,000 or more.  My question to you is this before I show you this.  If you like what you are about to see and you are feeling it this is there anything or any reason that would stop you from moving forward with me today?

Here's where you can find out exactly where their objections and what questions they may have.

This is closing up front.

This is Closing in Network Marketing and NOT waiting until the end of your presentation.

They want to know what's going on and who these people are.

Some will get spurred on to start working harder and join the wave of success.

Others will remain where they are and that's okay too.

7 Easy Steps To Network Marketing MindsetBefore you can create anything significant in your life and your business you need to begin with having the right Network Marketing Mindset!

Having the right Mindset is the very first step to your success, period.

Once you understand how to get that mindset the rest will fall into place.

7 Easy Steps To Network Marketing Mindset

In the past, I never realized how important mindset really was.

So, because I had a great attitude and thought that was all I needed to have success.

I was wrong.

Again, having the right mindset is critical.

So, here are the seven steps to having a great mindset.

1.   Must Have a Burning Desire

If you don't have a burning desire to building your business you have lost already.

Without that burning desire, you will never be able to take your business to the level you desire.

If the business you are a part of doesn't give you this desire, maybe it's time to make a change.

2.   You Must Be Willing To Work Extremely Hard

I love this quote from Keven Durant – “Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard.”

If you are not willing to give it your all and then some for a short season then you won't have the success you want.

You've all heard the saying “…Ignorance on fire…”, well it's true.

Give me a person that's passionate and willing to work harder than anyone else any day of the week.

3.   You Can Not Blame Anyone For Your Current Results In Life.

This has always been one of my pet peeves.

People who are always playing the blame game.

Nothing is their fault, but it's certainly everyone else's fault.

You need to get off the Blame Train and start taking responsibility for where you are and where you want to go.

Until you do you will stay exactly where you are and begin to go backward.

Stop Blaming and Start taking Responsibility now.

4.   You Have to Be Extremely Grateful For the Life You Currently Have.

Having an Attitude of Gratitude is a must in life and in business.

You need to be grateful for where you are right NOW in your life and your business

Be extremely grateful for the life you currently have.

Again, don't be on the blame train but be on the grateful plane. 🙂

I believe in my life God has brought me to this perfect place in time and I should be grateful for all that I have.

Take time every day to give thanks and be grateful!

5.   You must be extremely Coachable.

If you think that you know better than the experts then I would suggest you just go ahead and see how it works on your own.

But, if you are like me and so many others who don't want to reinvent the wheel then BE COACHABLE!

Don't waste your time and your upline's time if you are not going to be coachable.

This is by far one of the most important of the mindset steps.

You must be Extremely Coachable if you want to succeed with a big organization.

6.   You must be willing to do whatever it takes.

You must be willing to do what it takes to make it happen.

Now, understand I'm not suggesting that you be unethical or do anything illegal.

Just be willing to get way outside of your comfort zone when it comes to building your business.

You need to be willing to do what others won't so you can have what others don't.

7.   You have to have a CLEAR Vision!

Last but certainly not least you need to have a Clear Vision.

Understanding what your vision is and how important it is to you and others is critical.

Quote from Michael Beckwith – “Pain Pushes You Until Your Vision Pulls You.”
