I found out recently that my “Why” is not really the most important driving force.

I love the quote from Michael Beckwith – “Let your Pain Push You until Your Vision Pulls You.”

If you follow the top leaders in Network Marketing you will see one common thread.

They Share The Vision with As Many People As They CAN!

One thing I know is that you can’t share the vision if you don’t know what yours is!

Make sense!

So, defining your vision and embedding that deep inside of you is critical.

The Difference Between Your Why and Your Network Marketing Vision

Your “why” is typically external to you.

For example, You want to retire from your job, You Want a new home, etc.

Your Vision, on the other hand, is who you want to become.

How do you want others to see you?

How will others react to you and your vision?

Your “Why” is something that comes to past and then what.

“Vision” is a lifelong journey that keeps you growing and striving to be better!

Your Network Marketing Vision should express these three things only:

1.   What Is It?

You need to define exactly what your Vision is so that it’s CRYSTAL CLEAR to you and Others!

If you don’t have a clear definition of your vision you can’t share it, it’s that simple.

2.   Where Is It Going?

Make it clear where your vision is taking on your journey.

I believe this is where the pulling comes from when you know exactly where your vision it taking you.

3.   How Can Others Benefit From It?

This is what will build a big organization for you.

Making sure others know exactly how YOUR Vision will benefit them on your journey.

Remember people want to know what’s in it for them so your vision has to be compelling and pulling!

How To Choose The Right Network Marketing CompanyHow would you like to understand How To Choose the Right Network Marketing Company and start your Network Marketing Journey on the right foot.

Some of you may be in a position in your life that joining a Network Marketing Company is exactly what you need.

So, the question you have is exactly how do I make the right choice and not end up with a bad company or team.

How To Choose The Right Network Marketing Company

In this post, I’m going to go through the Top Five Areas that you need to look at when choosing a Network Marketing Business.

I have put these in the order I believe is the most important.

Although they are all very important there is a small difference between the importance so please take that into account.

This post is designed for the new person just jumping into MLM for the first time and the person that has been doing MLM and now is looking for a new company.

If your current company meets these 5 criteria then you are golden.  

If not, then you may have to work a bit hard to have that success you desire.

5 Things To Look For When Choosing A Network Marketing Company

1.   Company Leadership

This is a critical point in choosing the right company.

I don’t care how good your comp plan is, or how great your product is if your company leadership is bad.

When I say bad it comes in many different flavors.

Your leadership could just be incompetent in the ways of Network Marketing.

They could actually be unethical and crooks just out for the big upfront money.

Whatever the reason they don’t meet the great leadership criteria you need to run the other direction as fast as you can.

Unfortunately, I have been with companies in the past that have met both of these bad criteria and it’s not a pleasant time.

You can lose your credibility very quickly and a lot of people will get hurt and that’s not good for anyone.

So, be sure to do a thorough investigation of the company leadership and the field leadership you are considering joining.

You need to make sure you are in alignment with the leaders of the company you joining and the sponsor you are joining.

2.   Timing

The reason I believe that timing is second is that we all know that getting in at the beginning of the curve is best.

We’ve all heard the saying “Timing is Everything” and it’s true.

This comes in two areas.

First, what is your company’s timing in the marketplace?

What is the competition like in the market you are looking at joining?

You need to look at the companies timing in their marketplace.

Just because there are a lot of people out there they are not all available for your market.

So, just be careful that you are not choosing a highly competitive market!

The next thing is how long have they been around.

Are they a long time company that every has heard of and it can be very hard to promote them at this point.

These longtime companies have gone over the peak in their company.

Timing is critical.  Understanding when to get in is critical.

3.   Product And Service

If anyone tells you that Product and/or Service doesn’t matter then you need to run in the opposite direction.

There are four things that the customer cares about, that you need to understand.

Understand that your residual income comes from the customers.

Be sure to go there and read exactly what your customers want.

4.   Compensation Plan

If they are not going to pay you a significant amount of money to promote then don’t go there.

You want to make sure you can make significant amount of money from acquiring customers

Make sure you can also make money from building your team and make money from the middle of the comp plan.

What’s the middle of the plan?

It’s that place where you can make $2-3k a month.

You need to make sure there is plenty of money at the top of the plan also.

Stay away from companies that there are only a few people at the top making a fortune.

The reason is that there is only so much that goes out to the field.

Some companies will take the lion share of the portion of field commissions and put it at the top levels.

This means there will not be very many people making the big bucks because of that structure.

Just be very cautious of this.

5.   The System (Save Yourself Time, Energy and Money)

I love that acronym for System

If you do not duplicate you will NOT Elevate! – Romacio Fulcher

You have to cater to the masses if you want to dine with the Classes!

It’s all about DUPLICATION!

MacDonald’s is a multi-billion dollar company run by kids… the key simple system.

Without a system, you and your people will be floundering and spending time trying to reinvent the wheel.

A system is a perfect way to have simple duplication which is critical.

If your company has a truly good system it means that anybody can have success if they put people through the system.

It’s not only having a system but having a simple system is important.

I can’t stress enough how important a good system is.

Without a good system, you will not duplicate.

Knowing What Customers Want In A Product Or ServiceKnowing What Customers Want in your business when it comes to a product or service is key to building a large residual income in Network Marketing.

Residual Income comes from Customers not from Recruiting.

If you really want to build a lasting dynasty with a significant residual income you need customers and your team needs customers.

Below I want to share with you what I believe are the 4 things that your customers are looking for when it comes to a product or service.

I want to give some love out to my mentor Romacio Fulcher (#19 top earner in the world) who did a training on this subject.

1.   Is The Product Or Service Affordable?

This is just common sense, right?

Yet so many Network Marketers are trying to sell products or services that the average person can’t afford.

So, what happens is they look to find the same thing at Wal-Mart, Amazon, or online for less.

Understand it doesn’t have to be cheap just affordable.

If people are out there buying the product or service you offer then is yours priced competitively?

2.   Is The Product or Service Unique?

Secondly, is your product or service unique in the marketplace.

If you are offering a product or service that is just like everyone else then your competition is huge.

It will come down to price almost every time.

You need to have a product or service that’s unique and not readily available to your market.

If you are having a challenge promoting your product or service it may be because it’s really not that unique.

Take a look at some of the most successful products in the past and you will see that they were unique in their market.

This one aspect can make all the difference for you.

3.   Does Your Product Or Service Work?

This one seems pretty much common sense, but you would be surprised how many products out there just don’t work.

You need to make sure you have a product or service that WORKS!

I don’t know how much more I can say about this point.

You just need to make sure your Product or Service Works, enough said.

4.   Do You Have Any Proof or Evidence That It Works?

Last but certainly not least is to have some proof or evidence that your product works.

Just telling your prospective customers that it works isn’t enough.

You have to have some evidence that’s reputable, to prove that it works.

People want to hear testimonies and facts on how and why it works.

Now, I will tell you that people buy on emotion not typically facts but the evidence and facts can and will be instrumental in creating some of those emotions.

Get some testimonials and evidence if you want to impress and keep your customers.

In conclusion, having a well priced, unique product or service that works and you have proof is exactly what your customers want.

If you can give them exactly that then you will have a big team with significant residual income.
