This is the time of the year when everyone makes all their new year resolutions and we promise ourselves that we will keep them this year.
I believe that part of the challenge when it comes to keeping our resolutions is that we don’t have a big enough Vision of who we want to become.
If our vision is small then it won’t take much to sidetrack us from our resolutions and goals.
If, on the other hand, you have a big Vision the challenge of keeping those New Year Resolutions will be much easier.
3 Easy New Year Resolutions Anyone Can Do
So here are my 3 easy resolutions that I believe anyone can do.
1. Take Action
I know this may sound pretty simple and obvious, but you would be surprised how many people make New Year Resolutions and then just don’t take any action to see them through.
It’s like the old saying, “How do you eat an Elephant? One bite at a time.“
You will be amazed how many things can be fixed by just TAKING ACTION!
2. Make A Commitment
Again this one seems pretty obvious, right. Just make a commitment and all will be well. haha.
The challenge most of us have when we make a commitment is that we look at what that commitment is going to cost us.
I would suggest that for this set of New Year Resolutions you look at the journey and destination instead.
Think about all the good things that will happen along this journey and how great it will be when you arrive at your final destination.
Take the negative cost and difficulty totally out of the equation!
3. Personal Growth
This is probably the easiest of the three, but probably the most important. Understand, that in life if you are not growing you’re DYING!
This upcoming year take the time to work on YOU! You will be amazed at how many other things in your life fall into place when you start becoming a better YOU.
