This post may ruffle some feathers, but I truly believe people need to hear the truth about this subject.

There are so many reasons why you shouldn’t pitch your company or product on Social Media, but these are my top 5 concerns.

If you are one of those people that is spamming your product or company link all over the Social Media Sites then you REALLY NEED to read this and take heed!

I know it’s so tempting to promote, promote and promote some more, but I’m here to tell you it just doesn’t work!

I see this every day and I just have to chuckle.  The sad thing is that no one is teaching their teams how bad this is for their businesses.

1.     No one cares about your product details

NO_ONE_CARESSad but true.  No one really cares that much about our potions, lotions and products.

They are barraged constantly online about how great this thing is.  Experts say this and that and on and on and on.

They just don’t care anymore and that’s just the facts!

Don’t get me wrong there are some people out there that are looking for the greatest products they are just a few and far between.

2.    You are branding your company, not yourself!

Brand YOU!When you are out there pitching your company and it’s products on Social Media you are branding them instead of yourself.

You should always be branding YOU because people want to do business with PEOPLE they KNOW, LIKE AND TRUST!

No matter how good your product or company is, it will always come down to people doing business with a person and if it’s not you then it will be someone ELSE!

3.    People can google your company instead of you.

You are pushing people to check your company out on google, which as we all know has both good and bad about our company and it’s products.

Why give them an opportunity to dismiss what great products and company you have before you can really tell them about you and your team.

Don’t let GOOGLE sabotage your business because you just had to pitch all over Social Media in hopes that ONE person might join or connect with you!

4.    Makes you look desperate!

Boy is this true.  You just look desperate.  When was the last time you saw one of your top leaders pitching all over.

You come across with a look of desperation instead of attraction.

People don’t want to hook their little red wagon to someone who always looks desperate so stop!

5.    Makes you look like an amateur.

My guess is NEVER!

Your goal should be to add value to your profession and present YOURSELF as a professional within Network Marketing so that you will attract other professionals.
