I've heard over the years from some leaders that being consistent is important but the increment is not that important.

Meaning that you can put up Social Media post once a week or blog posts once a month and that's fine.

I'm here to tell you it's not if you really want to have success in your business.

When I first starting blogging and marketing online I really had no idea what I was doing.

I just knew that I should be doing it and that seemed enough.

Boy, was I wrong!

It wasn't until I went through a course from my mentor Ray Higdon that I realized a couple of things.

First, I had to start providing value to my target market and answering their challenges.

Secondly, I had to be CONSISTENT!

So, I began my journey blogging and at first, it was difficult because it was so out of my comfort zone.

But, I knew I had to keep going and low and behold it kept getting easier and easier.

Now after 2 1/2 years of being consistent and providing value to my market the results are amazing.

I'm getting from 5 – 20 quality targeted leads daily.

I was just listed on the Top 100 Network Marketing Blogs in the world.

Up there with greats like Ray Higdon, Eric Worre, Lisa Torres, Rob Fore and so much more and I was #17.

I now get hundreds and thousands of visitors to my blog every day.

The Importance Of Daily Consistency In Marketing – Your Method

I chose to blog as my primary method of marketing.

It really doesn't matter if you use blogging, Social Media, Video Marketing or some other method as long as you are consistent.

No matter what method you choose, make the decision that you are going to be Consistent no matter what.

Don't waste your time jumping into a method and just try it out and post or blog once in awhile.

You are just wasting your time and I guarantee you will get frustrated very quickly.

I would suggest before you make the decision on the method you are going to use that you make the decision to be Consistent.

In conclusion, the key to success in any marketing that you are going to do is plain and simple, CONSISTENCY!

Nothing more, nothing less!

You have to be extremely clear on exactly who your perfect customer/business partner is.

After he answers JLD goes into depth of exactly the detail you need to define your perfect Avatar.

My biggest take away from this is how you should be attaching this to just one person, giving them a name and understanding everything about that person.

Then when you are asking yourself how to market or what to market you just have to ask WWMYAD (What Would My Avatar Do).

It seems so simple yet so many people just don't do it.

I'm one of those people that just had a very generic definition of my Avatar and that's going to change now!

Define your perfect customer as one person not a group.

Don't be too general but very specific in your definition.

Don't get me wrong doing some basic SEO on your blog post isn't a bad thing, but spending hours after hours tweaking things to be perfect may not be as valuable as you might think.

So, without further ado here are the three types:

1.   Traffic You Control

Paid traffic is traffic that you control that you send to the right people for your offer.

Things like Facebook or Google ads.  You can control who sees your ads and therefore control where the traffic is.

Paid ads are traffic that we control.  We can spend money then tell people where to push the traffic.

2.   Traffic You Don't Control

One excellent example of traffic you don't control is SEO.

With SEO you optimize your blog and offers to rank high on the search engines and then hope someone sees them.

You spend a lot of time tweaking and adjusting your pages with hopes that someone will see them.

You just don't control who and where traffic comes from.

Another good example is our Social Media posts.

We have no idea who's going to share what and who's going to click on which post.

3.   Traffic You Own – The Best Kind of Traffic

Without question, the best kind of traffic you can have is Traffic You OWN!

When I own my traffic, I don't have to pay for it again.

You can send that traffic where and to who you want.

This Traffic type is how you become financially free by having Traffic You Own.
