The importance of maintaining a Positive Attitude In Business can’t be stressed enough. It’s so easy to be overcome with all of the negatives around us.

Here are the steps I use to keep my positive throughout my day.
1. Start and End with Positive affirmations and thoughts.
I try to start my days with some very positive thoughts and affirmations.
I also start my day with my daily devotions in God’s Word which is my Rock.
Starting and ending your day with good uplifting thoughts will feed your soul and your mind with the right food.
2. Take time to be grateful for ten things in your life.
We get caught up in life so often that we forget to be grateful for what we have and what God has given us.
Take some time each day to just think about what you are thankful for and what amazing things you have in your life.
So, the next time you are feeling down start thinking about all you have in your life that’s good.
3. Make sure you are hanging with Positive People throughout your day.
Hanging around positive people is a big one.
If you have ever walked into a room with passionate, positive people, you can feel the excitement also.
The reverse is also true.
When you walk into a typical funeral or a very negative meeting you can feel the atmosphere is thick as soup.
You know which one you would rather be in?
So, the moral of the story is this, get around positive people, and you will catch the positive attitude bug.
4. Always look for the good in a situation no matter how bad it may seem.
This tip may be the hardest one to implement.
But, if you take the time to step back and look at the good in a situation you will be uplifted, and your whole attitude changed.
It’s something you have to take an active action because it won’t just happen.
Look for the good will make all the difference.
5. Get up and MOVE!
Last but certainly not least is to get up and move.
I love Tony Robbins statement on “Motion equals Emotion.”
I can tell you from a lot of experience this is so very true.
Get up and start moving around and you will be amazed at how much better you will feel.
Put a smile on your face and start MOVING!

We all want better ways to build and train our Network Marketing Teams. Today I want to share my way of doing just that.
I personally love blogging to get my message out about Network Marketing. Using my blog to not only attract new people to my Network Marketing Team but also to Train my existing Team really works.
The great value of having a blog to build and train with is that it’s a reusable resource. It will help you leverage your time and wisdom with your team.
Wouldn’t it be great if everytime someone on your team had a question all you had to do was point them to a blog post or video that answered everything they needed.
Wouldn’t it be much more duplicatable to teach your team to do the same and point their new teammates to these reusable resources instead of everyone trying to be the go-to person.
Today I just want to share with you 3 reasons why I believe using a Blog to build and train your Network Marketing Team is a great idea.
3 Ways to Use A Blog To Build And Train Your Network Marketing Team
1. Communication with Prospects
This is how I communication with prospects who are interested in knowing what I do and what Network Marketing is all about.
People are being barraged on the internet every day with how bad MLM is and how it’s all a big SCAM and I love that I can be one person that gives out the true story about Network Marketing
Being able to send prospects to my blog and specifically a post that answers their questions does 2 things.
FIRST – It answers their question with the proper perspective when it comes to Network Marketing.
SECOND – It sets me up as an expert and someone that is giving them some value. Remember that people do business with those they know, like, and trust.
The other thing that having a blog does is allow you to communicate with everyone on the same level. Understand that some prospects are going to need more answer and you will have to actually talk to them, but having a way to set the standards up in one place for all to see is a big plus.
I can tell you whenever I have a prospect that has a question or objection about Network Marketing one of the first things I will do is ask them to read a post that I have on that subject.
I almost always get a great response back when I follow up because they feel like they understand it better and they are working with someone who is an expert.
2. Communication With Your Team
Can you imagine how big a team you would have if you had to spend every day all day answering questions and helping everyone on your team?
You certainly wouldn’t have much time to build and help new people on the team.
Having Reusable Resources, in my opinion, is a MUST!
If you really want to build a huge team and legacy you CAN NOT spend your time being the “Shell Answer Man” for the team.
You have to learn to point people to these Reusable Resources and then teach your team to do the same so they can grow.
I can’t tell you how my Blog has helped me with this. I have done a number of training videos and then posted them in a training area on my Blog and that’s where I send people on the Team.
Using your blog as a repository of training videos, audio, and articles are just great ways to leverage your time and knowledge and train your team.
I know that your company is going to have a lot of information and training that can be used also but having something especially for YOUR team, again sets you up as an expert on your team.
3. Sets You Up As The Expert To Prospects And Team
How would you feel if people were reaching out to you on a regular basis because they saw you as the expert in the Network Marketing Profession?
Wouldn’t it feel great to not have to chase down your friends and family because of how they perceived you in your profession.
I can tell you from experience that I have people reaching out to me every day wanting to get to know me and find out what I do and it’s not because I’m a handsome devil.
Because of my Blog, they have seen me out on the Internet and have seen me as someone with authority when it comes to the Network Marketing Profession.
It turns you into the Hunted instead of the Hunter which is exactly where you want and should be.
The second thing it will do for you is to help your team see you as a leader in our profession. When they see that you are all over the Internet and Social Media giving out great value they will not hesitate to turn to their leader for the leadership they need.
I can tell from my experience that having an upline who understands how to leverage his time and knowledge is worth its weight in gold.
My current upline is a master at that and it has helped our team grow and become a better community and that’s what it’s all about.
Your Blog becomes the go-to spot for your team and your prospects which will free you up to do the things that will build and reinforce your community, building relationships!
So the next time you sit down to think about should I have a blog or if you already have a blog how can I use it to build and train my Network Marketing team I hope you will refer back to this post.
Without my Blog, I would be spending a whole lot of time and energy doing things to build and train my team that are just not duplicatable.
You want your team to feel like, “I can do that” when it comes to training their team. I mean how hard is it to just point someone to a Reusable Resource and then train your team to do the same.

Understanding the 3 markets of your Network Marketing Business are essential to building and maintain new blood in your business. When I talk about markets here I’m not referring to things like Health and Wellness, Travel, Cosmetics or the Industry you are in.
What I’m referring to is the type of market that you are prospecting. In the past, I was always taught that there were only 2 types of markets to approach. Your Warm Market and the Cold Market.
I want to tell you that now in this age of online marketing there are really 3 markets that you need to be aware of if you are going to build your business big.
The 3 Markets of Network Marketing
Understanding these markets will help you to better understand how to approach people depending on what market they fall under.
1. Hot Market
This is what was called your warm market in the old days of traditional marketing. These are the people that we know very well and they know us very well. The people that fall into this category are our family and close friends.
The reason I call them your Hot market is because they are typically the people that are not afraid of giving you their un-edited opinion of what you are doing with your life. These are the people that will either fall you to the ends of the earth or try to save you from yourself because they know better.
This group can be the hardest to prospect and present your Network Marketing Business to because of this Hot relationship. We tend to be very tied to the outcome because they are family and close friends. We don’t want them to think less of us and we want them to be excited for us and want to join us on this journey.
I have found over the years that with this market group I have better luck approaching them with my product first instead of hitting them right up front with the opportunity. Sharing the product that I have had great results from is no different then sharing my review of the latest movie or restaurant that I went to.
Remember this group can either be your easiest and funniest group to prospect or the most emotionally charged group to deal with. Either way, you need to learn to NOT be tied to the outcome!
2. Cold Market
This is another familiar marketing group, the Cold Market. This group is comprised of those people who know literally nothing about you and you know very little if anything about them. This group of people can be some of the easiest to prospect because we typically don’t have any emotional tie to them.
As long as we again remember NOT to be tied to the outcome or results this is a great market. The other great thing about this market is that is never ending. You will have an unending supply of Cold Market prospects as long as you go about living your life and meeting new people.
That all said these can be the hardest to approach because they don’t know you from Adam. They have no reason to trust you or believe anything you are telling them. If we remember that people do business with those that they know, like, and trust this is a challenge with this market.
You are going to need to take some time to develop at least some rapport with your cold market prospects so they can feel a little connected to you before they make a decision one way or another.
Using the old F.O.R.M. (Family, Occupation, Recreation and Money) approach is a quick way to establish a small bit of rapport with your cold market prospects. A lot of times you just don’t have time for a long conversation and all you can do is present them with an opportunity to watch a video or look at some material and then schedule a time to follow up.
However you approach this category you will find that it can be very rewarding or very frustrating. Things will change as you get better and better at approaching and closing this group but it’s going to take time and practice.
3. Warm Market
This is the new Warm Marketing with the introduction of online marketing and Social Media. This group comprises of those people who you have met online and are developing a relationship with. This is NOT your family or close friend at least at this point, you never know.
With the introduction of Social Media, we are constantly meeting new people that start out being in our cold market or even better they are reaching out to you because they have seen you out there in cyberland and want to get to know more about you and what you do.
I consider this your Warm Market because both sides typically know enough about the other to chat about most things in life. They are typically not as close as your hot market to start but you have established a good rapport with them and they probably know, like, and trust you at this point.
The good news is that your warm market has just expanded to a much greater market than it was in the old days without the internet and Social Media. The challenge that most people have is that they have no idea how to cultivate this new market.
Have you ever had that new friend on Facebook that is constantly post their company link all over the place just hoping someone will be amazed and join their business. Please don’t be that person!
Cultivating relationships online are really no different than in the face to face the real world. You need to take the time to get to know them as a person before you start with the pitching. In fact, I would recommend that before you ever give out your company link you wait til they ask you!
If you develop your relationships right with this market you will be very surprised how many people will be coming to you and asking YOU what you do and how they can find out more.
I hope this has given you some new insight into the markets you will be dealing with in your Network Marketing Business. I will tell you there are two very important keys to working with these markets.
First, unless you are in the hot market you need to take the time to develop each relationship. Always remember that people do business with people and that is so very important.
Second, you need to divorce yourself from the outcome. Network Marketing is most certainly a numbers game and not everyone you talk to is going to buy your product or join your team those are just the facts. If you are so married to the results you are going to have a very frustrated career in this profession.
