5 Essential Parts To A Perfect Webinar System

5 Essential Parts To A Perfect Webinar SystemHow would you like to know the essential parts to the Perfect Webinar System and be able to put your business on auto-pilot making money daily?

The secret to making Webinars work for you is turning them into the perfect system.

Understanding these five parts is essential to creating that perfect system.

I learned this system from Amy Porterfield who is wildly successful doing webinars and used to work with Tony Robbins.

5 Essential Parts To A Perfect Webinar System

I love how she has broken these down into parts for the system.

So, without further ado here are the five parts.

1.   The Planning Part

The planning part is where it all begins.

She talks about three slide types that need to be in your presentation.

1.   Sweeten The Experience Slide – This slide is designed to keep them til the end, sweeten the deal.
2.   Your “A-Ha” Story Slides – More about them than you and why you do what you do.
3.   What You Get Slides – Wow your audience with what they are going to get. What they get and What they will create.

Her recommendation for a 60-Minute webinar is around 80 slides.

I love her concept of less is more when it comes to how much you put on each slide.

2.   The PRE-Webinar Part

The pre-webinar part is where you start the promotion of your webinar.

Whether you are using free marketing or PPC, it’s important that you focus on the Title of the webinar.

She puts a lot of copy in her Facebook ads that describe the webinar in detail!

3.   The Live-Webinar Part

Her Montra: “No matter if they buy or not, they walk away today feeling inspired, excited and driven to take action.”

The live webinar is where you fine-tune your webinar before you go to the Auto-Webinar phase.

At the end of the webinar you want people saying, “If this is FREE, I can’t imagine what the paid stuff looks like.”

You want your students to feel just like that.

Make sure you add in some engagement slides to give you the pause to allow engagement with your audience.

4.   The Post-Webinar Part

The post-webinar phase is where you continue to market through your email sequence.

The first email you send out should be your webinar replay email with the word “replay” in the subject line and time sensitive.

Your second email is called the get real email.  Your purpose is to tell a story that your audience can identify with.

The third email is a detailed recap of what is in your product.  It can be a long email, but that’s fine because those that want your product will read it all.

Finally, the countdown email.

The countdown email is all about urgency and scarcity before the cart closes.

5.   The Auto-Webinar Part

The Auto-Webinar phase is what she calls the Holy Grail of the system.

One difference I noticed right away is her registration page.

Because she has put all of the details in the Facebook ad she keeps her registration page to the bare minimum.

Example:

She also always gives them the option to register for the next day with multiple times within that day.

Also, she makes sure the times are in the user’s own time zone.

5 Essential Parts To A Perfect Webinar System – Summary

In conclusion, I believe that using these 5 parts to create your webinar system will create great success.

If you want more training from Amy you can find that here.

Having a successful Webinar System will separate you from the others struggling online to make a living.

Webinars are by far one of the best, if not the best way to grow your business online.

How To Do A Profitable Automated Webinar

How To Do A Profitable Automated WebinarBefore you can understand how to do an efficient and profitable Automated Webinar you need to understand the power of Webinars in general.

When you know, the power behind webinars and how much more useful they are you will want to start doing them every day.

I spent a lot of time, in the beginning, avoiding webinars because I just never realized their power.

How To Do A Profitable Automated Webinar

So, let’s dive into:

WHY WEBINARS

  • Higher Conversion Than Sales Letters.
  • Higher Conversion Than Sales Videos.
  • Similar Conversion To Selling From The Stage.

Why Webinars Work

  • A scheduled event.  Not “Interruption” marketing.
  • Heightened Attention:  Time is suspended.  Your info is the “only thing” that matters.
  • Marketing to a captive audience.  Get the prospect into a “state.”

You will start attracting Who You Are and are interested in what you are attracted too.

What Is An Automated Webinar?

  • A webinar event that appears to be live but is, in fact, a recorded webinar.
  • Not merely a recording of a live webinar – the attendee feels it’s live.
  • Automated Commissions
  • Passive income from “set-it-and-forget-it” marketing
  • The purest form of time freedom!
  • Automated Commissions are the “Crown Jewel” of Home Business.
  • Perfect message every time.

How To Create Automated Webinar

  •   Start with a High-Converting Webinar Funnel.
  •   Get Automated Webinar Platform
    •   Stealth Seminar
    •   Webinars On Air
    •   Everwebinar – my favorite

How To Do A Profitable Automated Webinar – Summary

In conclusion, to create a useful Automated Webinar, you start with a successful converting live webinar.

Once you have a converting live webinar, then you can tweak it and clean it up to make it into an excellent Ever Webinar.

I use Everwebinar for my Evergreen webinar software and love it.

Finally, the benefit of having a “set-it-and-forget-it” system will be the difference in you having that beach lifestyle or letting your business consume all of your time.

It’s the beginning of 2017, and you have the chance to TRANSFORM your business starting TODAY!

The Secret To Creating The Perfect Webinar

The Secret To Creating The Perfect WebinarHave you ever wondered what the Secret was to Creating The Perfect Webinar? Today I’m not only going to tell you but give a FREE Tool!

Being able to create The Perfect Webinar is like building an ATM from your computer.

First, let me say that you will not have an excellent webinar your first few times.

It’s going to take practice and doing webinars as often as possible.

I love this quote – “You Don’t Have To Be Great To Start, But You Have To Start To Be Great!”

The Secret To Creating The Perfect Webinar

I believe there are Four Sections to a great webinar.

1.    Intro

The Intro is where you introduce not only you but what you are about to share on the webinar.

There are Five parts to the Intro:

1.   A Bold Promise
2.   Hook To The End
3.   Command Attention
4.   Qualify Yourself
5.   Future Pace

Understanding each of these and the importance to the whole webinar is essential.

One of the best courses I have taken over the years on webinars is Steve Jaffe’s Webinar Sales Magic.

He talks in depth on each of the above Intro parts.

2.    Content

In the content, section is where you are going to be presenting the meat of your presentation.

Ray Higdon is a master at content in his blog and on his webinars

You need to give the ONE THING that is the main thread of your training and then tell them about three secrets that you will share with them.

3.    Stack

“Let Me Ask You A Question.”

This Question is the introduction to your offer.

Stacking is the method whereby you stack testimonials on top of the value of your offer.

In Russell Brunson’s The Perfect Webinar flowchart and CD, he goes into depth on the stack, and it’s power

4.    Close

Of course, the close is the most important side of the webinar for us.

The close and so much more is covered in his free Perfect Webinar strategy.

The Secret To Creating The Perfect Webinar

I hope this has helped you and got you excited about getting you The Perfect Webinar From Russell Brunson.

Understanding The Webinar Marketing Process

Understanding The Webinar Marketing ProcessYesterday we talked about Webinar Tools, so the next step is understanding the Webinar Marketing Process.  Having the process down is critical.

I want to encourage you, if you are serious about doing webinars, you need to get Steve Jaffe’s Webinar Sales Magic Course.

You wouldn’t want to be a professional photographer or doctor without going to school or taking some courses, would you?

Then don’t make that mistake when it comes to doing your webinar marketing process.

Understanding The Webinar Marketing Process

Once you have your tools together, the webinar marketing process begins.

1.   Your Registration Page

The registration page is the first step in the process, putting your registration page together.

Without a captivating and magnetic registration page, no one is going to register for your webinar.

For me, I use a program called ClickFunnels and the Perfect Webinar Wizard that Russel Brunson developed.

I love using his Funnel Scripts program also.

All of these programs will help you put together the perfect webinar funnel.

2.    Pre-Webinar Follow-up and Preparation

Follow-up is the next step in the Webinar Marketing Process that is critical.

You need to have a set of follow-up emails going out to those that have registered for the webinar.

The fortune is in the follow-up as we all know.

The follow-up not only applies to those who have registered but those who have not.

The preparation that you need to accomplish is making sure you are comfortable with your software and the presentation.

The more practice you do, the more comfortable you will feel.  No matter what you do, the first one is always scaring even for the most seasoned of us.

 3.   Post Webinar Marketing Process

So now your webinar is complete, what’s next?

Now you need to stay in touch with those that were on the webinar, but more importantly, you need to stay contact with those that didn’t.

How do we do this?

Send them to the replay with urgency!

Let them know how great it was and how the replay will only be available for a short period.

Let them know about upcoming webinars that they may be able to attend and products that may meet their needs.

That’s all there is to it!

It’s all about communication and follow-up.

I hope this short post has helped you and shown you the Webinar Marketing Process is nothing to be afraid of.

Understanding The Webinar Marketing Process

Don’t miss out on the power of Webinars in your Business!!

I used to think to make this type of income was a pipe dream. I mean $24,288.37 in 5 days on FACEBOOK? Seriously? Isn’t that where people go to waste a bunch of time scrolling the news feed for entertainment? Then I saw how it’s done and my Facebook hasn’t stopped lighting up like a Christmas Tree ever since.

Webinar Bootcamp Week – Webinar Tools

Webinar Bootcamp Week - Webinar ToolsThis Week is Webinar Week at MLSP, so I thought I would piggyback my posts this week starting with a post on Webinar Tools.

MLSP is going to do two Webinars this week, one on Tuesday at 3 pm EST and one Wednesday Evening at 9 pm EST.

If you are interested in how to leverage Webinars to market and make money online, then you need to be at these webinars.

All of MLSP blog posts & training webinars will have one goal: to get you hosting your first webinar this week!

Here’s the link to today’s blog post by Steve Jaffe.

Webinar Bootcamp Week – Webinar Tools

Today I’m just going to be talking about the tools to doing a webinar, nothing else.

1.   Equipment

When we talk about what equipment you need to do a webinar, I’m talking about the physical equipment.

Things like camera, computer, lighting, and audio.

For my camera, I just use the one on my laptop, or I also have a Logitech C930e, which I Like.

For lighting, I just use the light in my office, nothing special.

I do have some professional lighting that I use once in awhile but most of the time I just use the overhead light in my office.

For my audio, I have two pieces that I use.

First I have a Label mic that I like but tend to use this more when I’m doing videos from my iPhone.

What I use most of the time for my webinars is my Blue Yeti USB.  It’s a little spending but well worth it.  I think it runs around $125.

2.   Software

When we talk about software, two basic software packages for presentations are preferred.

The first one is Microsoft Powerpoint, which works on both the Mac and the PC.

The second is Keynote, which is a Mac only program.

Both are great and whichever preference you have is fine.

3.   Webinar Platform

Here’s where the debate comes in.

There are some great platforms out there for conducting your webinars.

I’m going to list a few here, and it will all depend on your budget and preference.

These aren’t in any specific order.

1.   Google Hangouts – This is a free platform, and a lot of people love using it.
2.   Zoom – This is another free platform like Google hangouts that many leaders are starting to use.
3.   GotoMeeting/GotoWebinar – This is the old tried and true platform that is a little spendy but works reliably – monthly.
4.   WebinarsOnAir – This is a great platform based on the Google Hangout technology with added bells and whistles – monthly.
5.   WebinarJam – This is also based on Google Hangout technology with the most bells and whistles – annual fee.

These are all good platforms, and each has different pros and cons.

My personal preference for the cost and all of the bells and whistles is WebinarJam.

I hope this has given you some help and insight on what you need to get started.

The cost to get a webinar going is very minimal and the return is huge.

3 Simple Tips On Starting Webinar Marketing Today

3 Simple Tips On Starting Webinar Marketing TodayOne of the most efficient ways to build your list and your business is through Webinar Marketing.  These three simple tips will help you get started today.

One of the best ways to Sell, Market and Build your list is by doing webinars.  One of the best courses out there is Steve Jaffe’s Webinar Sales Magic.

Understanding the power of doing webinars is vital if you are going to build an empire online and offline.

Today I want to share with you three simple tips on how to get started with your Webinar Marketing today!

3 Simple Tips On Starting Webinar Marketing Today

I have broken this down into 3 tips that anyone can do to start a webinar this week.

1.    Webinar System

The first thing you need is a good webinar system that will do what you need it to do.

There are a number of them out there from Free to Paid.

Here is a list of the ones that I would recommend.

•     Google Hangouts – FREE
•     GotoMeeting – Paid
•     WebinarsOnAir – Paid
•     WebinarJam – Paid *

I’ve used all of these at one point or another and my favorite is WebinarJam.

WebinarJam is built on the Google Hangouts platform with a ton of extra features that are well worth the small cost.

The one thing I love is there isn’t any restriction on how many attendees you can have, it’s one small annual price and that’s it!

2.    A Presentation

This is probably the biggest challenge for most of us.

How do I put together a presentation and what do I talk about.

One of the things that I did was use a pre-recorded presentation that an already established leader had done.

I would then introduce them and the presentation and just play the video and close when it was finished.

This is why I love WebinarJam Studio because it allows you to insert a video into your webinar real-time.

As you get better and better you can then replace the video with your own PowerPoint presentation.

3.    Just Do IT!

This is the most important tip I can give you.

You will never be ready or prepared enough to start.

I love the quote, “You don’t Have to Be Great To Start, But You Do Have To START To Be GREAT!”

Now matter how much time and energy you spend on getting ready you are NOT going to feel ready.

You just need to do IT!

I promise you will get better and better the more you do.

In The Video below I go into more detail for you. Here are some more posts that may help you with your webinars.
