I can tell you from years of experience that without a sound system your team will not grow to a huge team.

I was watching a video today by Todd Falcone on why your Network Marketing Team isn’t growing, and it just made sense.

He was talking about the importance of having a system for your team to help them be duplicatable.

As antiquated as the old system for prospecting and building is it was still a system.

Many top leaders in Network Marketing started out using these systems because it was all they had.

Becoming the system is the last thing you want to do.

One of the biggest challenges for the new person on your team is the confusion.

They get started with their new business and are excited beyond belief and just don’t know where to start.

If there isn’t a clear, concise system in place, you will lose them very quickly.

Without having an easily duplicatable system in place, your team will start to flounder.

One of the things I have learned over the years is the power of reusable resources.

So, what’s the solution to this system challenge?

Here’s what I found to be the best and easiest solution.


How easy is it to just point your new business partners to a set of videos for training and promoting.

If you are the one doing everything you will have people on your team that will believe they aren’t as good as you and becomes despondent.

Having a system to send my new person to is crucial for getting the new person started correctly.

I also record any training I do so that when I get questions, I can send people to that resource.

I have currently put together a team site, and I’m continually updating it with training material.

The Importance Of Having A Team System – Summary

In conclusion, having a system puts the new person at ease knowing that bringing on another new person will be easy and complete.

So, if your company doesn’t have an adequate system or maybe no system at all, it may be time for you to put your own together.

Remember, the system is the difference between a duplicatable team or a stagnant team.
