There isn’t any question as to what the hottest online marketing method is, Live Video Marketing!
Google loves it, Facebook Loves, and Youtube loves it!
These are the three biggest search engines out there, and they all love VIDEO!
So, if you are building your Network Marketing business online and not using video, you are losing out.
Remember, people do business with those they Know, Like and Trust.
What a better way to accomplish that trust then with Live Video!
Live Video Marketing – Anatomy of The Marketing Video
So many people don’t realize that there is a formula to making good marketing videos.
I know for most of us just getting in front of the camera was a big enough step and now we have to worry about a formula.
Well just throwing a video out there without any thought or planning is like throwing out a seed without preparing the soil, watering or nurturing it, it may grow and it may not.
So, here’s the formula for making a great video and one that has a much higher chance of generating leads.
Introducing yourself seems natural right, but I see so many videos, and I don’t know who the person is and where they are located.
It’s important to establish that rapport and let people know who you are.
Remember people do business with those the KNOW, Like and Trust!
I usually say something like “Hi This is Ron Deering coming to you from my home office in Coeur d’Alene Idaho.”
It’s just that simple!
2. Ask A Question
The next part of the formula is to ask a question of your market that you know they are struggling.
It may sound something like this, “Are you struggling to get more quality targeted leads for your business? How would you like to have my three most successful methods for generating quality leads on a daily basis?”
And then let them know that you are going to answer that question in this short video.
Most people forget this step, and it’s essential.
The question is the step in the formula that grabs the viewer’s interest and keeps them watching until the end.
3. Valuable Content
Content is the simple step of the method.
Give them your valuable content and remember to keep it precise and to the point.
I try to keep my videos between 3 and 5 minutes and deliver as much value on the subject as I can.
Your content is why they are there and watching so make it exciting.
4. Call To Action (CTA)
Your CTA is probably the most important step in the formula.
Remember, you are creating a MARKETING Video and what makes it a marketing video has a CTA.
Without the CTA your video is just an informational video with great value but won’t generate any leads.
Live Marketing Video – The Platform
The next question I get is what platform I should be using to do my Live Videos?
It’s a big issue and now because there are so many can be difficult to decide which one to use.
Here is a list of the top platforms and I will tell you that my favorites are Facebook and YouTube.
- Instagram Live
The reason I prefer Facebook and YouTube is that of the traction they are getting on the search engines right now.
Whichever platform you end up using be sure to save your videos so they can be used as resources in your blog post, training, and other areas.
Building Your Business With Live Video Marketing – Summary
In conclusion, the question isn’t should you be doing Live Video to grow your business, but rather why aren’t you doing them.
With technology as prevalent and inexpensive as it is everyone should be using video to build their business just like we did face to face in the old days.
The difference is that with video you can reach significantly more people than you could in the old days.
Remember, “You don’t have to be great to start, but you do have to start to be great!”
