I have found that there are three main secrets that you need to know.
1. Lead By Example
This is one of the things I learned early on was to lead by example.
A Good Leader leads a team of followers that are loyal.
A Great Leader Creates a Team of Leaders that are building more Leaders.
You can only do that if you lead from the front.
Don’t ever ask your team to do something that you won’t do yourself.
Your team will succeed and fail on your leadership, it’s that simple.
2. Work With Those Deserve It Not Demand Them
Not everybody on your team is going to Deserve your time.
You will find that some people are just NEEDY and will want you to do everything for you.
Then, there are those people who just need a minimum of help and are pretty good on their own.
Last, there those people who are very coachable and are doing the work and have earned your mentoring and help.
These are the people that you spend the 80% of the time with.
Remember the 80/20 rule that 20% of the people will do 80% of the work on your team.
3. Love On All Of Your Team No Matter Where They Are
This, to me, is the most important secret.
Everyone on your team is not going to desire to be a millionaire.
Some of your team are just with you because of you and the product and that’s okay, love on them.
Others on your team may just need a few hundred extra a month and that’s okay also, love on them.
And then there are others that do want the mega bucks in their lives and that’s okay also, love on them.
Where ever your people are at and whatever their vision and dreams are love on them and encourage them in their lives and their business.
Help them when and where you can and never, never make them feel bad or less about where they are at.
