How To Pick A Good Network Marketing CompanyAre you one of those people that are currently looking for a new or your first Network Marketing Company and just don’t know what to look for?

There are a lot of different criteria to look at, and everyone has different opinions on what to consider.

So whether you are looking for a new company or considering Network Marketing for the first time, these are my opinions on what to look at.

How To Pick A Good Network Marketing Company

I will go into more detail on these in my video at the end of this post.

1.   Integrity

Integrity is one of those things that is a must.

One of my major pet peeves in life is not doing what you say you are going to do.

If a company didn’t do what they say they are going to do or can’t be trusted, I would run in the other direction.

2.   System

If you want to have duplication on your team, then you need to have a system.

Without a good system, people will do be doing anything and everything to build and get frustrated very quickly.

A company that has a good system in place will create much more duplication than a company that doesn’t.

3.   Consumable products

Consumable products is another one that just makes sense.

If you want to build a business with residual income, then you need a product or service that’s consumed each month.

It can’t just be any product or service it has to be one the majority of the public are going to want.

4.   Training and Support

Training and support are one of the pieces that are critical to a good company.

Even if you are joining a Ground Floor business, they need to have some training and support system in place.

You don’t want to be the one doing all the training, or you will never have a large team.

5.   Good Customer Service

Having good customer service is a must.

You certainly don’t want to be the person responsible for making sure products or services are delivered properly and on time.

That’s one of the great things about having a Network Marketing business; heavy lifting is done by the company.

6.   Great Leadership

When I talk about great leadership here, I’m talking about in the company and the field.

A company will rise and fall with its leadership.

You don’t want to get involved with a company that has no good leadership or a team that doesn’t have any leadership either.

7.   Timing – Settler or Pioneer

Timing is important and understanding what type of person you are is a part of that.

If you are a Settler than you are more likely to want to be a part of a company that is established and been around for awhile.

If on the other hand, you are a Pioneer then you are more likely to be looking for a ground floor opportunity.

Both of these are fine it just depends on you and what you are comfortable with.

I personally love being the Pioneer.

8.   Comp Plan

The Comp Plan is what most people put at the top of the list and I’m not a fan of that.

Yes, the comp plan is important, but the other things on this list are more important in my opinion.

If you the company you are looking at meet most of the above items you will make money.

Now, don’t misunderstand me and think that I’m saying the Comp Plan isn’t important.

What I’m saying is that’s not the most important!

9.   It Better Be Fun and Something You Believe IN!

Last but not necessarily least you need to be having fun with your business.

If you are looking at a business that just doesn’t seem like much fun but you could possibly make some income then you probably won’t.

You need to be a part of a business that you BELIEVE in and can be passionate about, period!
