GHL vs Systeme.io vs Kajabi vs ClickFunnels - The 2026 Platform Showdown

GHL vs. Systeme.io vs. Kajabi vs. ClickFunnels: Which One Should You Build On?

July 17, 2026

Picking a platform for your online business feels like picking a truck. They all drive. They all haul stuff. But the wrong one will cost you money every single month.

Today I'm putting four of the big ones head to head: GoHighLevel (GHL), Systeme.io, Kajabi, and ClickFunnels. Real prices, real features, no fluff.

Meet the Contenders

GoHighLevel (GHL)

GHL was built for marketers and agencies, and it shows. CRM, funnels, email, SMS, booking calendars, social media posting, communities, courses, and AI — all under one roof. Full disclosure: this is what I run my business on.

Systeme.io

The budget-friendly all-in-one. Funnels, email, courses, and affiliate management — and yes, there's a real free plan. It's simpler than the other two, which is either a feature or a limitation depending on where you are in your journey.

Kajabi

The premium choice for course creators and coaches. Everything looks polished right out of the box, and their course experience is probably the best of the four. You pay for that polish, though.

ClickFunnels

The one that made "funnel" a household word. If your whole business runs through sales funnels, ClickFunnels does that one thing extremely well, and version 2.0 added courses, communities, and email. I ran funnels on it for years, so this one's an old friend.

The Head-to-Head Comparison

Here's the full breakdown, side by side:

Feature comparison table: GHL vs Systeme.io vs Kajabi vs ClickFunnels

What About Pricing?

Monthly price range comparison chart

Systeme.io starts free (2,000 contacts, 3 funnels) and tops out at $97/month for unlimited everything. Hard to beat on price.

GHL starts at $97/month with the full toolkit. The $297 and $497 plans are really for agencies. Heads up: SMS, phone, and some AI features are usage-billed on top.

ClickFunnels runs $97 to $297/month. The Startup plan caps you at 20 funnels and 10,000 contacts — the $297 Pro plan removes the limits.

Kajabi runs $179 to $499/month. You save around 20% billing annually, but it's still the priciest seat at the table.

So Which One Wins?

Honest answer? It depends on where you are.

Just starting with zero budget? Systeme.io. The free plan is real, and you can launch your first funnel this week without spending a dime.

Selling premium courses and want everything gorgeous out of the box? Kajabi. You'll pay for it, but the student experience is top shelf.

Living and breathing sales funnels? ClickFunnels. The funnel builder is still the gold standard, and the training community around it is huge.

Building a real business you plan to grow? GHL wins, and it's not close. It's the only one with a full CRM, booking calendar, social posting, and SMS built in. One $97 subscription replaces four or five other tools.

That last one is my pick — and not just on paper. I ran ClickFunnels for years, then moved my whole business to GHL. This blog post you're reading right now? Published on it. My communities, my funnels, my emails — all GHL. The learning curve is steeper than the others, but that's a solvable problem.
